As the President of the BRIC, Steve Sullivan joined Diné Development Corporation (DDC) with almost 20 years of experience as a recognized leader in providing science, environmental and technology consulting services to the federal government and commercial enterprises. As owner of Sullivan International Group (SIG), Steve was able to secure over $1.5B in government and commercial contracts while focusing on a broad base of construction, environmental restoration and ecosystem projects and programs. Mr. Sullivan was honorably discharged and is retired from the United States Navy. Steve is married and works primarily out of the Minneapolis, MN office. He also serves as DDC’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
Director of Operations
O.C. Tom joined the BRIC as the Director of Operations in 2017. Prior to his role within the BRIC, O.C. was the Director of Marketing for Diné Development Corporation (BRIC parent company) and NOVA Corporation (BRIC sister company). Mr. Tom joined the DDC family of companies in August of 2011. Prior to his career at DDC, O.C. was the Community Relations Coordinator for Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company and served as a librarian at the National Library of Medicine (NLM) on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus in Bethesda, MD and at the Biodiversity Heritage Library at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. O.C. is married with three children and works primarily out of the Window Rock, AZ office.
